Sample Itinerary

There is a natural rhythm of life that accompanies the changing seasons.  Join us to welcome the first signs of fall, a transitional time when we often begin to sense the nature of impermanence.  We will explore how change affects our life and influences those around us.  We often experience moments of grace and a sense of self- acceptance…we want to help you cultivate more of them!

Through Life Coaching and creating a Life Map, we offer tools for you to embrace this time of flux.  We will nurture you with yoga, bubble baths, massages and solo time for reflection.  We will spend time outdoors on beautiful hikes that enable us to connect with the gifts of the mountains and the peace of mind they inspire.  We schedule solo and reflection time for you to nurture and rejuvenate your spirit.  Our goal is for you to open to new possibilities and accept the natural flow of time as a seamless, welcomed event.  After all, nothing is constant but change.

Nothing is Constant but Change Sample Itinerary

Day One:
Please arrive at the lodge by 4:00 PM at the latest. The airport is a 35 minute drive from the lodge. 

If you arrive early, get settled into your room, enjoy a massage or take advantage of the pool, steam room, sauna or hot tubs.  After all, it’s been a long day.

5:30 PM: Cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres 
6:00 PM: Dinner in the Kiva Room
7:00 PM: Welcome talk and introductions 

Day Two:
7:00 AM: Yoga/stretching
8:00 AM: Breakfast
9:00 AM: Work shop
NOON:  Lunch
1:00 PM: Short walk and solo refection by the Lake
5:00 PM: Massages, facials, Life Coaching and personal time
6:30 PM: Happy hour
7:00 PM: Dinner 

Day Three:
7:00 AM: Qi Gong
8:00 AM: Breakfast (Come packed for the day)
9:00 AM: Day hike in the mountains/pack lunch
4:00 PM: Bubble baths, Life Coaching and personal time
6:30 PM: Happy hour
7:00 PM: Dinner
8:00 PM: Evening program

Day Four:
7:00 AM: Yoga
8:00 AM: Breakfast
9:00 AM: Life Map Workshop
Noon: Lunch
1:00 PM:  Continue workshop/reflection time
3:00 PM:  Breath and Meditation
4:00 PM: Massages, facials, Life Coaching and personal time
6:30 PM:  Happy hour
7:00 PM: Celebration dinner

Day Five:
6:30 AM: Sunrise walk
7:30 AM: Breakfast
8:30 AM: Closing reflections and feedback
11:00 AM: Check out of the Lodge
Noon: Leave for the airport. Please schedule flights after 2:00 PM

Levels of Physical Difficulty:
Low Aerobic – no sitting around here, but less strenuous, low-level activity

Moderate Aerobic – half days in the mountains, short spurts of difficulty

High Aerobic – full days in the mountains, requires a good level of fitness

All activities and workshops are lead by trained leaders. No prior skills are necessary. It is our experience that all of our retreats will challenge you in some way: mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually. We assume that you have an adventurous spirit and are yearning for more!
