Our women's retreats are carefully crafted for those of you who want a unique life experience. These mountain retreats provide an opportunity to take time out of your daily routine and combine adventure with inner exploration. At Mind Over Mountains, we have designed a series of idyllic days that include yoga, exercise, indulgence, inspiration, reflection, camaraderie, and healthy eating. Our retreats incorporate Life Coaching during and after the retreat to keep the experience alive. Most importantly, we want to have a positive impact on your life, laugh a lot and celebrate being women!
Location: Our retreats take place in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Here we are blessed with wide-open skies, abundant wildflowers, natural hot springs and magnificent views. We offer thought-provoking adventures that truly nourish the mind, the body and the spirit.
Mind. We explore different topics that are important to women, weaving this theme throughout the retreat. For example, finding balance in our lives or exploring our potential. Through discussions, journal writing and inspiring presentations, we hope to stimulate new insights, creative solutions and positive action.
Body. We focus on the physical self through a variety of mountain activities like rock climbing, hiking or peak climbing. Only by pushing limits do we discover our strengths. We want to honor the body by eating healthy meals, soaking in natural hot springs and replenishing ourselves with luxurious spa treatments.
Spirit. We stress relaxation and meditative activities that awaken the spirit. Yoga, journal writing and quiet time are essential components of the retreat, as they allow time for reflection and being present in the moment.
