Please follow the steps below to sign up by mail:

1) Print and fill out the Printable Participant Profile Form.

2) Write a check* or money order to Freelance Adventures Inc./Mind Over Mountains. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon registration.

3) Mail the Participant Profile Form AND your Deposit to:

4) The balance of 50% is due thirty days prior to the retreat. Please send the full amount if you are registering within thirty days of the retreat. Thank you.

Reservation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit and Participant Profile due at time of booking.The balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to the scheduled retreat. The full amount is due if you register within thirty days of your retreat.

Space available is on a first come, first served basis. We have a 12 woman limit for our retreats and we strongly suggest reserving your space now, before we fill.

Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before retreat: Half of full tuition will be refunded.
Between 14 and 30 days before retreat: One quarter of full tuition will be refunded.
14 days or less before retreat: No tuition will be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: We are sorry but no exceptions will be granted from this policy, including injury, illness, or family emergencies. We recommend acquiring Trip Insurance for these unexpected circumstances.

* As we have mentioned, Mind Over Mountains embraces the spirit of "giving back" through the support of local, national and international women’s organizations. If you pay by check or money order, we will donate the 7% credit card service charge to a women’s charity.
